Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for or using any service offered by malbat. By creating an account or placing a bet on the malbat platform, you agree to be legally bound by the terms set out below.
IMPORTANT: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and malbat ("we", "us", "the Platform"). Access to and use of malbat services is conditional on your acceptance of these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register for or use malbat services. malbat strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 or older.
2.2 You may only open one malbat account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
2.3 You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information at registration. Providing false details – including a false name, date of birth, address or CNIC number – is a material breach of these Terms.
2.4 malbat reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
2.5 It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering with malbat. malbat does not provide legal advice. Players in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited use the platform entirely at their own risk and legal liability.
Age Verification: malbat applies CNIC verification to all withdrawal requests. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned where permitted by applicable regulations.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your malbat login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
3.2 malbat will never ask for your password via email, live chat or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from malbat and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
3.3 You must notify malbat support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. malbat accepts no liability for losses resulting from failure to safeguard login credentials.
3.4 malbat may implement additional security measures including device fingerprinting, IP monitoring and session alerts. These measures exist for your protection and you agree to cooperate with any verification steps they trigger.
4.1 All malbat transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). malbat does not charge currency conversion fees for PKR transactions.
4.2 Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are published in the malbat Cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in your own name that has been verified through KYC. malbat reserves the right to refuse withdrawals to third-party accounts.
4.4 malbat targets JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawal processing within two minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
4.5 malbat reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above defined thresholds. This may include requesting source of funds documentation consistent with anti-money laundering obligations.
4.6 Deposits are non-refundable once wagered. Unplayed deposits may be returned to the original payment method at malbat's discretion subject to verification requirements.
5.1 All bets placed on malbat are subject to the specific sport, market and event rules published in the malbat Help Centre. In the event of ambiguity, malbat's interpretation of applicable rules shall be final.
5.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. malbat reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously erroneous odds resulting from system errors or data feed failures.
5.3 Live betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice. Bets submitted during a suspension window will be rejected. malbat accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to market suspension.
5.4 Match abandonment, venue changes, and player/team substitutions are handled according to the applicable sport rules. Where no specific rule applies, malbat will settle bets at its reasonable discretion.
5.5 malbat operates a maximum payout limit per event. These limits are published in the malbat Sports Betting Terms and may vary by sport and market type. PSL and international cricket markets have specific maximum payout rules available in the cricket betting section.
6.1 All casino games, slots and Lucky Bingo rounds on malbat are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Each game is subject to its own published Return to Player (RTP) percentage and game rules accessible within the game interface.
6.2 malbat's live casino tables are streamed from certified studio facilities. The outcomes of live dealer games are determined by physical events (card dealing, roulette wheel spin) and are not subject to manipulation by malbat or the player.
6.3 In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, malbat will attempt to complete the round and settle it on the basis of available game state data. Where a round cannot be resolved, stakes will be returned to the player's malbat wallet.
6.4 RNG (Random Number Generator) game outcomes are certified by independent testing laboratories. malbat does not interfere with RNG outcomes.
7.1 All bonuses offered by malbat are subject to specific promotion terms published alongside each offer. General bonus conditions include:
7.2 malbat PSL season promotions, reload offers and VIP cashback programmes are governed by their individual promotion pages. Where promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that promotion only.
8.1 malbat is committed to responsible gaming. We provide all registered players with the following tools accessible via Account Settings:
8.2 Requests to activate any responsible gaming tool are actioned within one hour by the malbat support team. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on malbat and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
10.1 All content on the malbat platform – including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, text, graphics and interface design – is the intellectual property of malbat or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the malbat platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any malbat content without prior written consent.
11.1 malbat provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, malbat excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.
11.2 malbat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost winnings resulting from technical failures, third-party payment delays or network connectivity issues.
11.3 malbat's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the bet or wager directly involved in that incident.
12.1 malbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of: fraud, identity theft, breach of these Terms, prohibited conduct, or regulatory requirement.
12.2 Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.
12.3 You may request closure of your malbat account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure for responsible gaming reasons is processed immediately under section 8.
13.1 malbat reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the malbat platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
13.2 Continued use of the malbat platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. malbat operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence; the specific licensing jurisdiction's laws govern the operation of the platform.
14.2 In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement or account management, you must first contact the malbat support team in writing at [email protected]. malbat will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 days.
14.3 malbat's decision on all disputes relating to bet settlement, bonus eligibility and account actions shall be final, subject only to escalation through the applicable licensing body's dispute resolution process.
